The Willow E-file Professional Course
This is the most extensive one day E-file training available and the day is jam packed with all the E-file techniques and skills you need, no matter which system you use. You will learn a combination of theory and practical hands-on experience and you will leave ready to use your new E-file skills on your clients - safely and confidently.

Please note that you will need to purchase the Willow E-file Professional Course Kit to bring along to the course as this contains some of the key pieces you will learn to use on the day.

Online Theory & Face-to-Face Practice
The Willow E-file Professional Course features an online theory module that you must complete before your course. We recognise that face-to-face time is essential to learning the correct techniques and skills for mastering E-file, that's why we have removed theory from the day to maximise classroom time for learning practical skills. This is a unique offering in E-file education. By completing your theory online, you will have more time learning practical e-file skills under the guidance of your Willow Educator.

Why choose the Willow E-file Professional Course?
We are the UK's leading E-file specialists, which means that our unrivalled knowledge, technology and tools will give you the best possible start to your E-file journey. We offer the most comprehensive E-file training available, giving you the chance to use a variety of the most suitable E-file bits for you.

The course is taught in-person in small, friendly classes in a supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to discuss your way of working with your educator, to ensure that you leave feeling confident about using your skills back in the workplace. Your learning will not end there though - you will continue to receive support through our online student hub.

The Willow Student Hub
After your course, you will have access to our Student Hub, which offers ongoing online support to E-file Professional Course graduates. On the Hub, you will have access to our step-by-step training videos, so that you can go back and check your learning at your own pace. Plus you will also have access to the Willow Educator Team, who are there to answer any questions you might have, supporting you as you continue your E-file journey.

What's the format?
The face-to-face training runs from 10am-4/4.30pm. In the morning session, we will cover safe and effective product removal using a host of Willow carbide bits. The afternoon session will cover cuticle work. There will be a break for lunch and you will have the opportunity to mingle with your fellow nails techs. At the end of the course, your educator will ensure that you can demonstrate the correct and safe use of your E-file and you will receive an ABT accredited certificate.

What will I learn practically?

Gel Polish Removal
Length reduction
Product refinement before & after application
Removal of lifting

I have a great day at Josie & Co completing the efile course 😁
After not using an Efile for over 15 years, I was very nervous but Josie as always was lovely and explained everything and instantly made me feel at ease. She provided feedback and offer advice to try different ways I could try when I was struggling and tried her best to show me as I'm a lefty 🙃
I highly recommend Josie as she is amazing at what she does and is a brilliant teacher!

I had a lovely time today at Josie & co for the ultimate Efile course❤️
I was a little nervous at first as the Efile isnt something I have used for many years. Josie was a fantastic educator & was thorough & on hand the whole day. The setting was perfect for a super friendly & calming atmosphere. I didnt feel any pressure or rush to understand or grasp anything the first time.
Thank you for a lovely experience xxx

I completed the E-File course with Josie, she was amazing. Josie explained everything clearly she also answered any questions that we had. She showed us everything going over it again if we didn’t quite get it the first time. I would definitely recommend her. The salon is lovely, very clean and welcoming. I now feel i am ready to do my new adventure. Thank you so much Josie 🖤
