The Willow E-file Professional Course
This is the most extensive one day E-file training available and the day is jam packed with all the E-file techniques and skills you need, no matter which system you use. You will be taught by Ella Aukett, our Hertfordshire Willow Educator. You will learn a combination of theory and practical hands-on experience and you will leave ready to use your new E-file skills on your clients - safely and confidently.

Please note that you will need to purchase the Willow E-file Professional Course Kit to bring along to the course as this contains some of the key pieces you will learn to use on the day.

Online Theory & Face-to-Face Practice
The Willow E-file Professional Course features an online theory module that you must complete before your course. We recognise that face-to-face time is essential to learning the correct techniques and skills for mastering E-file, that's why we have removed theory from the day to maximise classroom time for learning practical skills. This is a unique offering in E-file education. By completing your theory online, you will have more time learning practical e-file skills under the guidance of your Willow Educator.

Why choose the Willow E-file Professional Course?
We are the UK's leading E-file specialists, which means that our unrivalled knowledge, technology and tools will give you the best possible start to your E-file journey. We offer the most comprehensive E-file training available, giving you the chance to use a variety of the most suitable E-file bits for you.

The course is taught in-person in small, friendly classes in a supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to discuss your way of working with your educator, to ensure that you leave feeling confident about using your skills back in the workplace. Your learning will not end there though - you will continue to receive support through our online student hub.

The Willow Student Hub
After your course, you will have access to our Student Hub, which offers ongoing online support to E-file Professional Course graduates. On the Hub, you will have access to our step-by-step training videos, so that you can go back and check your learning at your own pace. Plus you will also have access to the Willow Educator Team, who are there to answer any questions you might have, supporting you as you continue your E-file journey.

What's the format?
The face-to-face training runs from 10am-4/4.30pm. In the morning session, we will cover safe and effective product removal using a host of Willow carbide bits. The afternoon session will cover cuticle work. There will be a break for lunch and you will have the opportunity to mingle with your fellow nails techs. At the end of the course, your educator will ensure that you can demonstrate the correct and safe use of your E-file and you will receive an ABT accredited certificate.

Gel Polish Removal
Length reduction
Product refinement before & after application

I recently attended the ultimate e-file course with Ella. It’s an excellent course to do if you’re wanting to get lots of practical training in. Ella is such a patient and knowledgeable educator and she really takes the time to help each student.
I had a chance to use all of the different machines and try out lots of e-file bits. I came away with the confidence to buy an e-file and continue practicing at home. The salon is a lovely calm space to work in and I honestly can’t recommend Ella enough.

I recently completed an e-file course with Ella in Hertfordshire and was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and depth of knowledge. From the very beginning, she created a welcoming and supportive learning environment, making sure every step was clearly explained and easy to follow.
Her expertise in e-filing techniques is evident, and she took the time to ensure we understood not just the how, but also the why behind each process. Ella was patient, and always ready to answer questions, no matter how small.
