• Use at Step 3 of prep or at the final stage of a pedicure
• Work at 15,000 RPM with very light, gliding pressure
• Move gently over the cuticle area, nail plate, or sole of the foot
• Focus on smoothing — not removing
• Can be used dry or with cuticle oil
• Do not use aggressively on the nail plate
