The Willow E-file Professional Course
This is the most extensive one day E-file training available and the day is jam packed with all the E-file techniques and skills you need, no matter which system you use. You will be taught by Lauren Holds, our Head Willow Educator, at Willow HQ in Cambridgeshire. You will learn a combination of theory and practical hands-on experience and you will leave ready to use your new E-file skills on your clients - safely and confidently.

Please note that you will need to purchase the Willow E-file Professional Course Kit to bring along to the course as this contains some of the key pieces you will learn to use on the day.

Online Theory & Face-to-Face Practice
The Willow E-file Professional Course features an online theory module that you must complete before your course. We recognise that face-to-face time is essential to learning the correct techniques and skills for mastering E-file, that's why we have removed theory from the day to maximise classroom time for learning practical skills. This is a unique offering in E-file education. By completing your theory online, you will have more time learning practical e-file skills under the guidance of your Willow Educator.

Why choose the Willow E-file Professional Course?
We are the UK's leading E-file specialists, which means that our unrivalled knowledge, technology and tools will give you the best possible start to your E-file journey. We offer the most comprehensive E-file training available, giving you the chance to use a variety of the most suitable E-file bits for you.

The course is taught in-person in small, friendly classes in a supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to discuss your way of working with your educator, to ensure that you leave feeling confident about using your skills back in the workplace. Your learning will not end there though - you will continue to receive support through our online student hub.

The Willow Student Hub
After your course, you will have access to our Student Hub, which offers ongoing online support to Willow E-file Professional Course graduates. On the Hub, you will have access to our step-by-step training videos, so that you can go back and check your learning at your own pace. Plus you will also have access to the Willow Educator Team, who are there to answer any questions you might have, supporting you as you continue your E-file journey.

What's the format?
The face-to-face training runs from 10am-4/4.30pm. In the morning session, we will cover safe and effective product removal using a host of Willow carbide bits. The afternoon session will cover cuticle work. There will be a break for lunch and you will have the opportunity to mingle with your fellow nails techs. At the end of the course, your educator will ensure that you can demonstrate the correct and safe use of your E-file and you will receive an ABT accredited certificate.

What will I learn practically?

Gel Polish Removal
Length reduction
Product refinement before & after application
Removal of lifting

I attended my first ever willow course last Monday 7TH July at Willow HQ!
My reaction on finishing the course LOVE, LOVE, LOVED the course!!!!!!
I have completed several nail courses so far, both online and in person and the Ultimate E-File course, guided by the kind / supportive amazing Ella (who answered all our questions) was the best by miles! The course was so thorough and comprehensive, the online course was interesting and eye opening, the day course was packed full of theory and plenty of opportunities to practice and I lost track of all the different bits I used and the course manual is what dreams are made off (packed full of 100 + pages of knowledge, including photos and clear diagrams).
As a direct result of the course I purchased a Willow e-file (a major upgrade from the one I have been using Amazon. Honestly you can feel and hear the difference comparing a generic e-file to a premium willow e-file!) and I am now about to purchase more Willow bits + hygiene products!
Yes the course may be expensive compared to other providers, but take my word for it - it's expensive for a reason (it's that good) and I will be booking other Willow courses ASAP based purely on my fantastic experience of this course.
Would I recommend Willow to other students yes!!!!!!!

Exceptional Learning Experience – Highly Recommend!
I recently attended *The Ultimate E-file Course* in Cambridgeshire, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, the atmosphere was incredibly positive and welcoming. Ella, our educator, was simply amazing—her knowledge, patience, and dedication made all the difference.
Despite having five students in the class, she ensured that each of us received individual attention, explaining every detail with clarity and precision. Ella’s teaching style made even the most complex techniques feel approachable, and she was committed to making sure we all felt confident and comfortable in our skills before moving forward.
I left the course feeling empowered, well-informed, and excited to apply everything I learned. If you're looking to elevate your e-file skills with expert guidance in a supportive environment, this course is a must!
Highly recommend!
