Maximize the lifespan of your E-file machine with proper maintenance, carried out by our approved service engineers. By regularly servicing it, you can effectively remove dust build-up and replace worn parts, ensuring that your e-file continues to function efficiently. We recommend that a service is carried out every 6-12 months. 

What does a service cover?
A standard service includes a full clean of your handpiece mechanism, replacement of worn bearings and a new cord if required. This fee covers the cost of a normal service but if your machine requires any extra repairs or spare parts, we will contact you to advise you of any additional costs. 

How long does it take?
Your service should take around 5 working days but can take up to two weeks in periods of high demand.
