An incredible day with lots of learning and practical. Vanessa was absolutely amazing and I really enjoyed every minute. I was very nervous before I went, but she immediately put my mind at ease and was on hand the whole time to advise and demonstrate to ensure I have the best technique. This course is very comprehensive, and Vanessa is an outstanding educator. She takes the time to work with each of us in a small group setting, carefully observing our work and pointing out areas where we can improve. During the course, she explains every item included in the kit, but you’ll also have the opportunity to try out different options, including the Willow e-files. So, if you don’t already own an e-file, I recommend waiting until you’ve tried the available options — the Willow e-files are fantastic!
Unlike other courses I’ve taken, this one provides a thorough and well-structured guide you can always refer back to. Vanessa is also a very approachable and supportive instructor who genuinely wants to help you progress in your career. She’s always happy to answer any questions you may have.

Today I did the Ultimate E file course with Vanessa. Absolutely 10/10! I've done alot of training courses over the years and this is by far the best I've ever done. I liked that there was only 3 students (including myself), so it felt really personal and tailored. Vanessa was so lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable! Would definitely do more courses with her and Willow in the future.

I did my e-file training with Vanessa and would highly recommend her for any future training or to anyone looking at doing the e-file course. She was very informative and knew exactly what she was talking about and was happy to help anytime I was unsure or stuck . I very stupidly forgot my lunch and she even gave me food from her own home , at no point did I feel judged or silly , overall it was just a lovely experience , I am now a confident e-file user .

I did my efile training with Vanessa. Honestly 100000/10 recommend. Her attention to detail, even down to the equipment provided including the small things you wouldn’t usually think of! She is an absolute dream to be taught by, it’s truly been an honour.
Side note: Willow are also fantastic, the training packs and the content within these training days are second to none. Between both Willow and the educator herself, it’s honestly the definition of value for money
