Work at 10,000–20,000 RPM

Use light pressure - never force the bit

Focus on specific problem areas (callus, fissures, cracks)

Keep movement controlled and avoid overworking one area
Always leave a small layer of hardened skin (approx. 10%) for safety
Use alongside a callus remover product for best results & reduced friction
If callus remover isn't required then you can use a spray sanitiser to avoid warmth
