The Juniper - Medium | Long Tapered Cone | Diamond E-file Bit – Silver

The Medium grit version of the Thistle. The Juniper has the same long tapered cone shape — 15mm with a 3mm tip — but with more bite, making it better suited to techs who want stronger cuticle lifting and dead protein removal at Step 1, or more effective callus and fissure reduction during E-Pedi services.

Suitable for both left-handed and right-handed use.

WHAT IT DOES

• Lifts the cuticle and removes dead protein at Step 1 of manicure prep
• Refines residual cuticle and non-living tissue with more removal power than Fine grit
• Reduces fissures and calluses during E-Pedi services
• Softens the appearance of dry or uneven prep areas
• Creates a clean, even base for improved product adhesion

IMPORTANT: HOW TO USE

Manicure prep (Step 1):

• Work at 9,000–11,000 RPM with very light pressure
• Glide around the cuticle area to lift and remove non-living tissue
• Focus on refining — do not push or force the bit
• Do not use on the nail plate

E-Pedi (callus & fissure reduction):

• Work at 15,000 RPM with light, controlled pressure
• Focus on specific problem areas; keep the bit moving
• Always leave approximately 10% of hardened skin — never remove all callus in one session

SYSTEM PAIRING — MANICURE

• Step 1: Juniper Medium — lift cuticle & remove dead protein
• Step 2: Ball bit — remove non-living tissue
• Step 3: Silicone or Diamond Polisher — final finish

SYSTEM PAIRING — E-PEDI

• Step 1: Juniper Medium — reduce fissures & calluses
• Step 2: Pedi-Disc 180 or 240 grit — polish after reduction
