HOW TO USE
- Use at Step 3 of prep — after all cuticle work is complete
- Work at 15,000 RPM with very light, gliding pressure
- Move gently around the cuticle area and side walls
- Focus on smoothing — not removing
- Can be used dry or with cuticle oil
- Do not use on the nail plate
