Book your Willow Cube in for a service or repair. Your E-file machine should be serviced regularly so that it can be cleaned and any worn parts can be replaced.
This fee covers the cost of a normal service but if your machine requires any extra repairs or spare parts, we will contact you to advise you of any additional costs.
After you checkout, you will be able to download your return form - please fill this out and send it in to us with your machine. All the instructions you need will be in the download.
How long does it take?
Your service should take around 5 working days but can take up to two weeks due to high demand.
